Components

The system, piece by piece.

One digital abutment, the parts that shape tissue around it, and the lab side that mirrors it all. Scroll through the i-base to see why it carries the whole protocol.

the i-base.

One abutment for all stages of treatment, placed once and never removed. Six design decisions make that possible.

The i-base seen from above, scan surfaces visible

Four scan surfaces

Scan marks on the quad top allow direct scanning in the surgical and prosthetic phases, eliminating the need for scan posts.

The i-base interface from a high angle

Up to 3× the surface area

Compared to an external hex implant, the enlarged interface reduces stress on the prosthesis retention screw.

Close view of the beveled quad geometry

Quad-surface fit with 10° bevel

The beveled quad geometry seats the prosthesis with no marginal micro-gap and no mobility.

Side profile of the concave emergence shoulder

15° emergence shoulder

The concave design shoulder provides a favorable response from both soft and hard tissues.

The one-piece i-base body

One piece, no chimney

The chimney-free, one-piece design eliminates the risk of bacterial infiltration to the implant platform.

Three cuff heights

Options of 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 mm adapt to implant depth and supra-crestal tissue height. A 30° angulated version covers tilted implants, and with the UBH30 screw and short sleeve allows up to 60° of total correction in the applicable configuration.

iCervico Healers.

Prefabricated, single-use healers in biocompatible printed resin, in small, medium and large, centered or offset, for anteriors, premolars and lower and upper molars, plus cylindrical 6 and 7 mm options. Low-cost enough to modify chairside, precise enough to shape tissue for the final prosthesis.

Each one rotates freely on the i-base, so orientation is ideal regardless of the implant connection, without breaking the digital protocol.

Each shape carries a short code: a for anteriors, p for premolars, m1 for lower and m2 for upper molars, followed by S, M or L. A small centered premolar is pS. Item numbers for every healer are in the ordering reference.

AR / R Sleeves.

Multi-purpose sleeves that carry the prosthesis to the i-base, in two geometries, each in a long and a short version.

AR-Sleeve anti-rotational

  • Single unit prostheses
  • Quad-surface conical geometry
  • Precise, anti-rotational fit onto the i-base
  • Doubles as a scan post

R-Sleeve rotational

  • Multiple unit prostheses
  • Circular geometry
  • Eases the path of insertion across units

Provisional restorations can be made directly on the i-base, without a sleeve, to reduce treatment cost. Final single units go on an AR-sleeve and multiple units on R-sleeves. The short sleeve with the UBH30 screw corrects the screw channel up to 30°.

UBH30 retention screw

Retention Screws

Two separate M1.6 screws. The standard retention screw, in Ti6Al4V alloy, secures healers and prostheses. The UBH30 screw, 5.1 mm long, corrects the screw channel up to 30° in a full 360° direction when used with the short sleeve. Prostheses are tightened to 30 Ncm.

Dual lab analog

Dual Analog

One analog for all i-base options, compatible with conventional and digital workflows, for stone models and with a positioning design made for accurate seating in 3D-printed models.

Conventional and scannable impression posts

Impression Post

For single and multiple unit cases, open and closed tray techniques. A scannable version is available for digital workflows.
